Main Features of the machine

 

1.Capstan:

The roll body is formed with 235b overall casting; After rough treatment; the drum is coated with tungsten carbide (0.8mm thick) and then refined, surface hardness HRC58-62, the inner surface of the drum is sprayed with aluminum, with antirust and scale resistance.
 

2.Die Box

The Die box of wire drawing machine adopts sealed forced water cooling pressure die box.The die box adopts steel plate welding structure, divided into front and back cavity

3.Cooling :

Capstan cooling adopts narrow seam type water cooling.
The drawing die adopts forced water cooling mode, and there is no water seepage phenomenon in the die box.

 

4.Safety Cover:
Above each capstan,, there is a safety cover, the safety cover is fully enclosed and equipped with a safety switch, and the fixed position of the safety switch can be adjusted.

5. Electric Cabinet
The electric control cabinet is equipped with industrial air conditioning, which cooling the whole electrical control cabinet and reduces the temperature in the whole cabinet.

6.Central vacuum system
Fan and filter are provided at the end of the equipment.
