This equipment can perform high quality cross-welding for hot-rolled ribbed rebar, cold-rolled ribbed rebar and round rebar. It has many favorable features, such as high output, high precision, easy modification, low operation failure rate, strongcapability in energy saving, low consumption and high quality.  

1. Low noise and efficient with integral frequency conversion motor and helical gear reducer directly connect the main shaft.

2. Epoxy-cast water-cooled welding transformers can work continuously and prolong working life.

3. Panasonic servo motor plus planetary reducer drive pulling mechanism to continue pulling the net circularly ,which achieve high quality and accuracy in size of the net.

4. Unique funnel control solution: In case of no steel wire or abnormal steel wire doffing in funnel, the equipment would be suspended until it get normal.

5. Automatic landing, finished product output (Optional): Each welding net automatically falls into the output mechanism, then output after a certain number of stacks. Easy transportation and labor saving. 

6. Adopt advanced brand in the world to ensure the machine operate with high quality and reliability.
