Before the iron wire is electroplated or hot-dipped, it must be annealed. Well type annealing furnace is one of widely used way in annealing heat treatment. Annealing is the way slowly heating the metal to a certain degree, holding it for a sufficient period of time, and then cooling it at a suitable rate. Its purpose is to reduce the hardness of metal materials, improve machinability: eliminate residual stress, stabilize size, reduce deformation and crack tendency: refine grains, adjust organization, and eliminate organization defects.
The structure of well type annealing furnace is mainly composed of furnace body, heating element and temperature control system.
The outer shell of the furnace body is welded by section steel and steel plate, and the furnace is built with aluminum silicate refractory fiber modules and ultra-light high-alumina foam bricks.
The corrugated belt heating element is fixed on the lining cotton by high-alumina porcelain nails.
There is a heat-resistant plate welded into a material basket in the furnace, and the workpiece to be processed is placed in the material basket.
A ventilator is installed on the furnace shell to force air circulation to make the temperature and gas in the furnace uniform.
The lifting and lowering of the furnace cover is completed by hydraulic lifting mechanism, and its power is provided by hydraulic equipment.
