Product Description

Roll plating machine is used for galvanizing all kinds of Nails, screws and other small hardwares. Roll plating machine is equipped with rollers that can move back and forth. When galvanizing, the nails are put into the drum after cleaning and pickling, and then the whole drum automatically moves to the aqueduct with galvanized solution. After rolling plating for about 1 hour, the drum will automatically move out of the aqueduct. The plated nails can be packaged after air drying.
