This machine is composed of welding mechanism, longitudinal rib, transverse rib feeding mechanism, mesh stepping mechanism, netting and conveying mechanism, pneumatic system, electrical control system, cooling system and other components.
This machine uses the principle of multi-electrode resistance spot welding to weld the longitudinal and transverse ribs of the steel bars into a firm mesh according to the set requirements. The raw materials of steel bars applicable to this machine can be cold-rolled ribbed steel bars, cold-rolled smooth steel bars or hot-rolled ribbed steel bars.
