Product Description
Conductive agents are used in the electrogalvanizing process of Metal. The zinc ions on the zinc ingot are attached to the surface of the metal plated parts under the catalysis and promotion of the conductive agent, thereby realizing the zinc plating of the metal.
The rectifier is powered on, and the positive electrode of the rectifier is connected to the zinc ingot hanging on the copper rod through the copper bar and the copper rod, and the negative electrode of the rectifier is connected to the metal plated parts in the drum through the copper bar and the copper rod in the drum, so that a potential difference is generated between the positive zinc ingot and the negative workpiece.
The conductive agent is melted in the galvanizing pool, and the sodium chloride and potassium chloride in the conductive agent complement each other, promoting the formation of a conductive channel in the electroplating bath liquid, so that the melted zinc ions flow to the metal plated parts in the drum with the current, and finally realize the zinc layer on the surface of the plated parts. The conductive agent can not only promote the realization of the electroplating zinc layer, but also improve the dispersion of zinc ion electroplating, good positioning, and prevent anode passivation, adjust the pH value steadily, and at the same time, the conductive agent can effectively adjust the resistivity of the solution, reduce the potential difference, improve the quality of the coating, and make it more uniform and stable. It can also increase the anti-corrosion performance of the coating, effectively improve the corrosion resistance of the coating, protect the substrate from corrosion, and thus ensure the smooth progress of the electroplating process.
