Our Pulley Type Wire Drawing Machine is designed to draw high, medium and carbon steel, copper, aluminum, and alloy. Our pulley type wire drawing machine, also known as Dry type wire drawing machine, is consisted of main reduction box, die casing, pulley frame and electrical control system. Each block is driven by two cylindrical gears with different speed ratios to make the block work and to reduce the speed. The drawing block is vertical and installed on the enclosed machine box, and the gear pair is lubricated. To lower residual heat on the surface of the block, the cooling equipment is installed in inner wall of the block. The safety halt gear is installed in front of the operating block.
